My stay at this resort was simply wonderful! The views of Florence and the Tuscan countryside were breathtaking, and the room was generous in size with an amazing balcony. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist us, from providing transport to the bus stop to offering personalized recommendations. However, the interior design felt a bit outdated at times, and that slightly affected the overall vibe. Still, the experience was fantastic and I would definitely return.
